The structure features internal and external surfaces made of AISI 304 stainless steel, a material particularly suitable for professional environments thanks to its durability, hygiene and ease of cleaning.

Ventilated low-temperature refrigeration

The cooling system uses a ceiling evaporator and ventilated refrigeration, designed to promote uniform temperature distribution inside the chamber.

Control via electronic thermostat allows precise management of storage conditions, while automatic defrost with electric resistance simplifies daily equipment management.

514 litres capacity for professional use

With a capacity of 428 net litres and 514 gross litres, the AXF 710 BT allows you to make effective use of available space.

The internal configuration includes 3 shelves 531 × 650 mm and 1 shelf 510 × 605 mm, offering good flexibility in organising stored products.

The door with soft-close damped closure helps prevent accidental openings and is also reversible, a feature useful for adapting the cabinet to the kitchen layout. Integrated handle and key lock are also included.

Technology designed for the professional kitchen

Internal LED lighting facilitates locating products, while 73.5 mm insulation contributes to maintaining low temperature.

The BT model also uses R290 refrigerant and can be equipped, optionally, with Smart Link WiFi for remote control.
