How It Works
Insert the Pivot stopper into the open bottle, press the button and the system injects pure argon gas to preserve the wine from oxidation. Thanks to the included Pivot Aerator, every glass poured benefits from oxygenation equivalent to 90 minutes of decanting, enhancing the wine's aromas and structure from the very first sip.
Up to 4 Weeks of Freshness
The opened bottle stays in perfect condition for up to 4 weeks: the last glass will taste as good as the first. Pair your wine with your mood, the courses of your meal or the season — the choice is always yours.

1. Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders over €69.90. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Orders are shipped via express delivery with 1–2 business days from order confirmation.

After shipment, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel in real time on the courier's website.
4. Can I return a product?
Yes, returns are free. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, provided the item is intact, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

3. What is PagoLight and how does it work?
PagoLight is Compass's instalment payment service that allows you to split your purchase up to €3,000 into convenient monthly payments (up to 12 months) with no additional charges and no payslip required. You only need a credit or debit card, ID document, and health insurance card. Activation is immediate during checkout.
4. Is PagoLight available for businesses with VAT ID?
No, PagoLight is reserved for private customers only. VAT ID holders cannot access this service.
5. Can I pay on delivery?
No, we currently do not accept cash on delivery payments. You can pay via card, PayPal, or PagoLight.
