Silikomart Alambra 10x10 cm Silicone Decoration Stencil, Set of 2
Silikomart Stencil Alambra – Professional Geometric Decorations in Platinum Silicone
The Stencil Alambra by Silikomart Professional is the plating tool in 100% food-grade platinum silicone designed for chefs and pastry chefs seeking precise, repeatable and visually impactful geometric decorations. Born from collaboration with renowned pastry chef Titouan Claudet for the Naturae line, the 2-stencil set (16 × 16 cm, 1 mm thickness) produces a 10 × 10 cm Alambra-inspired oriental geometric decor in a single gesture, compatible with oven, microwave, freezer and rapid chiller.
Why Choose the Stencil Alambra
With just 1 mm thickness, the stencil adapts with precision to any plate or tray surface, eliminating smudging and guaranteeing the same decorative quality from first to last execution. The BPA-Free platinum silicone ensures dimensional stability over time and full compliance for food contact, essential in a professional HO.RE.CA. context.
The thermal range from -60°C to +230°C makes it usable even with hot preparations or directly from the rapid chiller, without deformation. The flexibility of the material allows clean vertical removal, without dragging gel or cream across the plate.
