Naturae Design: the aesthetics of watercolour on the plate
The Naturae line by Silikomart Professional is designed to bring organic and naturalistic forms onto the plate with technical precision. The Watercolour Stencil interprets the spontaneous movement of colour on paper, translating it into a modern decorative language suitable for restaurant pastry, evolved catering and any refined plating context where presentation is an integral part of the gastronomic experience.
Platinum Silicone: Why It Makes the Difference
The 100% food-grade platinum silicone Made in Italy guarantees extreme flexibility, sharp release without burrs and precise adhesion on flat and slightly curved surfaces. The thermal resistance from –60 °C to +230 °C makes the stencil usable in blast chiller, freezer, microwave and oven. It is reusable thousands of times and dishwasher safe, essential qualities for operational continuity in professional kitchens.
