Design and Materials

The organic silhouette of the Troll is inspired by characters from Nordic folklore, with soft and rounded shapes that make it a decorative element of strong character. The body in high-quality blown polyethylene is resistant to impacts and weather, with a matte surface with a diffuser effect for warm and uniform light output. Available in various colours, it adapts easily to any design concept, from fine dining restaurants to boutique hotels.

LED Technology: Autonomy, Dimmability and USB-C Charging

The integrated high-efficiency LED source guarantees up to 72 hours of autonomy at minimum intensity. Charging is via included USB-C cable, eliminating any visible wires during service. Brightness is adjustable — dimmable via touch or button — to modulate the atmosphere according to the needs of the mise en place. The warm light at 2700K creates a welcoming and sophisticated environment, suitable for both the restaurant dining room and outdoors.

Versatility: Indoor, Outdoor and Contract

The Sompex Troll is resistant to water splashes, making it suitable for semi-outdoor environments such as terraces, gardens and outdoor spaces. Thanks to its lightness and portability, it moves easily between tables or between different spaces without the need for electrical outlets. It is ideal as a luminous centrepiece in restaurants and bars, but integrates with equal naturalness in hotels, lounges and design residences.
