Instructions for use
Espresso machine
- Fill half the reservoir with a solution of 2 parts water + 1 part Evochal Caf.
- Switch on the machine and, once at temperature, activate the pump, dispensing the solution at regular intervals (approximately 2 cups at a time) until the reservoir is empty.
- Rinse the reservoir at least 2 times with clean water, fully dispensing each cycle.
Electric coffee makers
- Fill the reservoir with a solution of 2 parts water + 1 part Evochal Caf.
- Start the heating cycle as for normal coffee preparation, allowing the entire solution to run through.
- Repeat rinsing with water alone for at least 2 times.
- Always consult the machine manufacturer's instructions.
