The Liberty Collection by MEDRI is a range of melamine plates and bowls designed to create modern and visually striking mise en place in the foodservice sector. Available in Emerald Green (deep green) and Sky Blue (luminous blue), it combines refined design with the practicality and durability required by professional foodservice, from restaurants to catering, hotels to buffets.

Why choose melamine for foodservice

Melamine is the ideal material for high-use environments: lightweight, impact-resistant, practical to handle during service and easy to clean. Unlike porcelain, it does not break if dropped, ensuring operational continuity in kitchen and dining areas. It is also economically accessible whilst maintaining a coordinated and refined aesthetic.

Important: melamine is not suitable for microwave or oven — it should be used only for table service and cold presentation.

Two shades: Emerald Green and Sky Blue

Emerald Green — a deep and elegant green tone, ideal for creating contrast with white-based plates and vegetables, giving character to mise en place. Perfect for sophisticated and natural presentation.

Sky Blue — a fresh and luminous blue tone, evoking summer and Mediterranean themes. It pairs well with fish, shellfish and light offerings, creating a contemporary and welcoming atmosphere.
