The Silikomart Funnel Choc, Easy Choc line, is the professional dispensing funnel made from 100% food-grade platinum silicone, 1 litre capacity, measuring Ø 130 mm × H 140 mm. The pack includes 3 interchangeable nozzles (Ø 4 mm, Ø 7 mm, Ø 10 mm) to cover every dosing need: from fine decoration to large-volume mould filling. Heat-resistant up to 120°C, it is suitable for tempered chocolate, ganache, coulis, glazes and dense liquids.
