The Pavoni Pavoflex GEL PX4362 is a professional mould in 100% platinum silicone, food-contact certified, designed by Pastry Chef Antonio Bachour for the Pavoflex line. Composed of 20 cavities of 90 ml each (Ø 6 cm, H 6.3 cm) on a 40 × 30 cm base, it is ideal for mousse, bavarois, panna cotta, gelée and savoury single portions, in hot or cold version.

Injection moulding for precise details

The Pavoflex GEL PX4362 is produced using injection moulding technique, which guarantees sharp definition of details on every cavity. The flexibility of platinum silicone facilitates demoulding without deforming the preparation, even after repeated cycles in blast freezer or oven.
