Not suitable for microwave. Dishwasher safe.

Platinum silicone mould 17 × 17 cm H 20 mm

Designed for mousse, cream or gelatin inserts to be placed on a pastry base. The flexibility of food-grade platinum silicone allows clean demoulding even with delicate preparations. Useful volume: 560 ml. Compatible with oven, microwave, freezer and blast chiller (from −60 °C to +230 °C). Dishwasher safe.
