The Botanica mat offers 34 total cavities: 9 large flowers (Ø 8.4 cm, H 2 mm) and 25 small flowers (Ø 4.6 cm, H 2 mm), freely combinable for asymmetric or serial compositions. Usable with pâte à cigarette, isomalt or tempered chocolate, it allows you to prepare decorations in advance and unmould them at service time, optimising times in a professional kitchen.
