Professional Usage Instructions

⚠️ IMPORTANT: to achieve optimal results and preserve the mould, melted chocolate must be tempered and cooled to approximately 36 °C before pouring. Higher temperatures could deform the polyethylene and compromise the quality of the final product.

  1. Temper the chocolate following the correct crystallisation curve
  2. Cool to approximately 36 °C (ideal working temperature)
  3. Pour the chocolate into the mould and distribute evenly
  4. Remove air bubbles by gently tapping the mould
  5. Allow to crystallise completely before demoulding
  6. Join the two half-shells with melted chocolate to compose the complete egg
