The Silikomart Klassik Tarte Ring Kit is the complete professional solution for creating individual tarts of Ø 7 cm with crispy bases, impeccable edges and 3D finishes at pâtissier level. The kit stems from collaboration with Pastry Chef and World Champion Christophe Michalak and combines six microperforated thermoplastic rings with a platinum silicone mould featuring six cavities with spherical texture.
Kit composition
- 6 Klassik Tarte Rings – Ø 7 cm × H 2 cm, in thermoplastic composite material that is non-stick, shockproof and corrosion-resistant. The perimeter microfori promote moisture evaporation during cooking, guaranteeing uniformly crispy bases and sharp edges.
- 1 platinum silicone mould with 6 cavities of Ø 6.7 cm × H 1.5 cm (52 ml each, total volume 312 ml), with 3D spherical pattern effect for mousse, creams, inserts and decorative finishes.
