The Samura Blacksmith Santoku 18.2 cm is a professional-grade chef's knife, born from the meeting of traditional blacksmith craftsmanship and modern metallurgy. Every blade is hand-finished with a distinctive hammered surface (tsuchime), which reduces friction and prevents food from sticking during cutting.
