Public Grants and Subsidies: Mandatory Publication on Company Website

Under Law 124/2017, companies are required to publish by June 30 of each year on their company website a complete and detailed list of all public grants and subsidies received during the course of their business operations in the previous year, provided the total amount exceeds €10,000. (Article 11 – sexiesdecies, as amended during the conversion of Decree Law April 22, 2021, no. 52, extends to January 1, 2022, for 2021 only, the deadline set out in Article 1, subsection 125-ter).
