Le Coq Ekate Plates
Le Coq Ekate — Hand-Decorated Porcelain for the Design Table
The Ekate collection by Le Coq is a line of fine porcelain hand-decorated, available in three colours — Orange, Grey and Opal Green — with Gold finishes reserved for domes. Each piece is unique and irreproducible: the manual decoration ensures that no two examples are identical. Conceived for restaurants, hotels and admirers of high mise en place, Ekate unites contemporary aesthetics and the technical solidity of fine porcelain.
Inspiration and Identity: The Goddess of Three Natures
Ekate takes its name from the divinity of three natures — terrestrial, marine and celestial — and translates its symbolism into an aesthetic that is both sacred and contemporary. The three colours of the collection recall the three domains of the goddess: each plate, bowl or dome brings a visual narrative to the table as well as function. For those seeking tableware that is also a functional work of art, Le Coq Ekate represents a declared statement of style.
Le Coq Porcelain: Technical Excellence Beyond 1,300°C
Le Coq porcelain is the most prestigious ceramic product: hard, resistant and translucent, it is the result of two firing phases at temperatures exceeding 1,300°C. This dual process guarantees density of the mass, impermeability and a perfectly smooth surface — qualities indispensable for professional kitchens and service at the highest ho.re.ca. standards.
