Cleaning, polishing and sanitisation in a single gesture
The EVOPAN MULTY wipes by EVOKSAN are pre-impregnated technical non-woven fabric (TNT) wipes that combine three essential functions for foodservice, hospitality and professional food environments: deep cleaning, immediate polishing and certified sanitisation. Each wipe contains a multi-surface detergent formulation based on alcohol and quaternary ammonium salts, without the need to add other products.
Certified Antibacterial Action
EVOPAN MULTY exceeds the tests of the UNI-EN 13697 standard for bactericidal and fungicidal activity, guaranteeing reliable sanitisation on food-contact surfaces and sensitive environments such as kitchens, dining areas, preparation zones and healthcare environments. The formulation requires no dilution and acts instantly at the first application.
Multi-Surface Effectiveness and Anti-Scale Properties
One product for glass, AISI stainless steel, porcelain, ceramics, taps, walls, desks, computers and furnishings. The anti-scale technology makes it ideal for removing stubborn marks—pen marks, marker, grease, oil, soap residue and daily limescale deposits—leaving surfaces glossy and sanitised. Citrus scent guarantees a pleasantly fresh environment after cleaning.
Availability and Ease of Use
Kit with bucket: Roll of 90 pre-cut sheets (32 × 28 cm) with plastic dispenser, single packaging, 6 rolls per carton. Refill only: Replacement roll without bucket. Each sheet is extracted pre-cut from the dispenser slot; no waste, no loss of formulation during transport.

Method of Use
- Open the wrapper from the centre without removing it completely.
- Pull the first sheet from the centre of the roll and position it in the slot of the appropriate container; close the lid.
- Take one pre-cut sheet at a time and apply to surfaces requiring cleaning and sanitisation.
- For particularly stubborn soiling, dampen the sheet with water and use as a sponge, possibly in combination with SHAKE or JAHZ support products.
