Lurch Silicone Ice Ball Mould Ø 6 cm, Set of 2
Set of 2 Sphere Ice Moulds Ø 6 cm LURCH KAUFGUT — Food-Grade Silicone, Made in Germany
The set of 2 sphere ice moulds Ø 6 cm by LURCH, KAUFGUT line, produces ice spheres in flexible food-grade silicone that melt more slowly than traditional cubes, keeping cocktails, whisky and juices at the ideal temperature without excessive dilution. Made in Germany, with included lid to protect the ice from freezer odours.
Key features
- Spherical ice melts more slowly than traditional ice cubes
- Lid included to protect the ice from freezer odours
- Dishwasher safe for quick, hygienic cleaning
- Spherical shape minimises the contact surface between ice and drink
- The 2-piece set makes two ice spheres at the same time
Why the spherical shape makes a difference
Spherical geometry minimises the contact surface between ice and beverage: less exposed surface means slower melting and less dilution. A whisky, a negroni or a cocktail prepared fresh preserves its original aromatic profile much longer than it would with standard cube ice.
