Microplane Dual Blade Peeler 16.4 cm Stainless Steel
Microplane Peeler — Double Ultra-Sharp Stainless Steel Blade, Professional Precision
The Microplane peeler is a professional peeling tool with a double ultra-sharp stainless steel blade and a patented non-slip soft-touch handle. In one gesture, it peels potatoes, carrots, parsnips, apples and courgettes with precise control; in the same pass, it finely slices lettuce, cabbage or produces cheese flakes directly onto the plate. Dimensions: 16.4 × 7.5 × 2.5 cm.
Construction and Materials
The double stainless steel blade replicates the philosophy of celebrated Microplane graters: optimized cutting geometry for removing both thin and thick peels with equal precision, without crushing the flesh. The stainless steel structure resists oxidation and maintains original sharpness wash after wash.
The non-slip soft-touch handle — patented Microplane technology — ensures a stable grip even with wet hands, reducing fatigue during prolonged use in professional kitchens.
