The body is made from recycled aluminium, 100% recyclable, hand-worked and brushed for a uniform, durable finish. Aluminium guarantees optimal heat conduction and light weight—essential qualities in professional kitchens where speed and practicality make the difference.

Patented FULL INDUCTION® Double Bottom
The patented FULL INDUCTION® bottom is forged with a perfectly flat surface to ensure uniform heat distribution across the entire base of the casserole. The technology is compatible with gas, electric and ceramic hob; note that this model is not suitable for induction hobs.
