The Valentine 110 originates from the collaboration between Silikomart and pastry chef Adrien Bozzolo, with the goal of combining visual impact and technical rigour. The central rose-shaped decoration — with embossed petals in high definition — allows creation of chromatic contrasts and texture in mousse, semifreddi, bavareoise, panna cotta and modern entremet, elevating the perceived quality of the dessert and justifying a premium positioning on the menu.
