The Imperia Restaurant Electric 036 is the reference professional pasta machine for restaurants, small artisanal workshops and foodservice establishments that will not compromise on sheet quality. Built entirely in chrome-plated steel and food-grade stainless steel, it guarantees robustness, hygiene and longevity. Dies excluded.

New 2021 model — What's changed compared to previous versions

The 036 model represents a radical revision compared to earlier versions, now discontinued:

  • New bayonet attachment system for the new-generation Simplex Restaurant 2019 dies — lateral application via pin, faster and safer.
  • Toothed belt transmission with sprocket pulleys: no more plastic and blue steel gears, simpler and more economical maintenance.
  • Steel safety guards to protect fingers during pasta working.
  • Compatible exclusively with the Imperia Simplex Restaurant 2019 dies (new generation).
